The current pace of life has many people experiencing burnout and compassion fatigue right at the time that we most need to take on the challenges that we face as a society. Part of being a corporate volunteerism leader is learning how to best take care of ourselves, so we can mobilize and inspire others. We need to renew ourselves to be resilient as changemakers. Being resilient is not just powering through and doing more, better, faster, it’s about tapping into our personal well of energy to bring our best selves to personal and professional challenges.
Take an hour out of your fresh New Year to reconnect with yourself, to learn, and to explore the creative and empathetic spark within each of us.
Together we will:
- Learn how two CVC-TC members – Ameriprise Financial and Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota - have sponsored and utilized the power of art to drive change and support community,
- Explore art as a tool for empathy, gratitude, mindfulness, and renewal in our own lives.
