Membership BenefitsMembership in Corporate Volunteerism Council–Twin Cities (CVC-TC) is money and time well invested. CVC-TC educates and connects our members to advocate for, support, and grow workplace volunteerism to strengthen our community. The Twin Cities chapter is recognized nationally as a leader of corporate volunteerism councils. Xcel Energy’s 14th annual Day of Service event in September in Minnesota had nearly 1,000 volunteers participating in projects from landscaping, painting, packing meal bags, food distributions and pollinator plantings.
UnitedHealth Group employees joined community members and organizations to support large-scale meal packing events in observance of the anniversary of the terrorist attacks on 9/11. They were welcomed by St. Paul Mayor Melvin Carter, who welcomed hundreds of community volunteers ready to serve for the federally recognized National Day of Service in St. Paul. CVC-TC is a dynamic organization that makes positive change a reality. We help strengthen our members’ volunteerism efforts by offering a diverse member network, excellent programming, and leadership development opportunities. Through our collaborative programming, we bring nonprofit organizations and corporations together to improve communities. CVC-TC is a professional organization that includes corporate and nonprofit members. It was established in 1980 and is recognized nationally as a leader in corporate volunteerism councils.
CVC-TC offers a variety of benefits to its members, including:
Easy access to key corporate volunteerism resource organizations: “Participation in the CVC – TC has been of amazing value to HandsOn Twin Cities!
